  1. Can I change my order?
    Ans: Once orders have been placed no changes can be made. Please double check your cart for the correct size, color, and quantity of all items before checking out. 
  2. Where do you ship?
    Ans: MyKloset 247 ships everywhere in the U.S. , we also offer international shipping. 
  3. How long does it take to ship my order?
    Ans: Processing for all U.S orders will take 1-2 business days/Shipping for all U.S. orders will  take 7-10 business days. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIME VARIES BETWEEN 5-8 WEEKS. International orders may take 2-4 weeks for shipping and processing.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    Ans: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX cards are accepted. Shipping and billing address must match for order to be processed. 

 

Shipping 

  1. How can I track my package?
    Ans: You will receive an email once order is processed with a tracking number that can be used to view where your package is on the map. 

Returns

  1. Do you accept returns/exchanges?
    Ans: Due to COVID-19 the store can not accept any returns/exchanges. Please double check your cart for correct color, size, and quantity of all items before checking out.
